Europic

Pronunciation

Etymology

From kuzinu ‘female cousin’ + -camu ‘spouse’.

Noun

kuzina-camu

  1. spouse of female cousin, cousin-in-law
An overly-specific term that would be used in place of kuza-camu in normal speech only in a case where one wanted to specify that the relative in question was married to one’s female cousin rather than one’s male cousin. There are additionally even more specific terms such as kuzina-caminu ‘female cousin’s wife’ and kuzina-camotcu ‘female cousin’s husband’ which are usually reserved for legal documents or other language that needs to be very precise.
