Root √stem.

Adjective

stema

  1. same, alike
NB: Stema means ‘same’ in the sense of two things that are alike. The word spa means ‘same’ in the sense of one thing being described from two perspectives. For example, We are wearing the same (stema) hat, means we each have a hat that is identical to the other. We are wearing the same (spa) hat, means give me back the hat: It is my turn to wear it now.
