Etymology

From vloke ‘to be fast’ + -abla ‘able’.

Adjective

vlokabla

  1. fast, able to be fast
Ostensibly synonymous with vloka, this has a narrower meaning of describing something with the potential for speed, but that is not necessarily moving currently. E.g. veklu vlokabla is a vehicle that can go fast, while veklu vloka is a vehicle that is currently going fast.
